Event Sponsorship

Can your club creatively promote Smiley Dog in your local area? If so, we invite you to fill out the below Event Sponsorship Application Form.

Please note, the Sponsorship Application Form must be complete and is the only form of application for sponsorship we accept. Any event you wish us to sponsor must be held no less than 2 months from today’s date to allow us enough time to organize donations.

Expectations

If Sponsorship is granted you must publicly acknowledge Smiley Dog’s support, display sponsorship product/merchandise supplied in a visible location during the event, encourage club members to support Smiley Dog and provide photos of prize winners after the event.
